Humidity Problem, a little advice please

Hi. Ive got some White Rhino in a dwc tub underneath a 400hps air cooled with a 465 cfm fan and scrubber to match. I cant get the humidity down to where i want. Was originally pulling air from a crawl space which has high humidity, and have since shut that hole and now draw air directly from the house. The fan usually runs only when the light is on. Humidity when it rains like now is 70%

Right now there are 3 damp rid containers in the grow, which remove moisture. There isnt room for a dehumidifier.
Any ideas?
