Please Identify Decease!?!

Please see attached pictures and put in your info, btw they were takin from 3 seperate plants in the same grow room.

My 3 theories are either its my electronic pest repellent, my ionic breeze or the 400 watt High Pressure Sodium Lamp being to close to the plants.

Any help would be greatly apprecoated!

What type of medium: SOIL

What brand and type of soil: FOXFARM OCEAN FOREST

Indoors or outdoors: INDOORS

What strains: STRAWBERRY HAZE, LEMON SKUNK, BLUE WIDOW

How old are the plants? 3 WEEKS ISH

What type of lights and how many watts: 400 HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM

How far from the lights: 1.5 FT

What is your watering frequency and source of water: EVERY FEW DAYS BETWEEN NUTED WATER AND DISTILLED WATER

What, how much and when was it fed? EVERY OTHER FEEDING WITH THE FOX FARM REGIMENT http://foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf

What are the temps and humidity in the room? 77 to 85 Degreses and 45% - 55% RH

What size pots? 3 gallon

Any bugs? Look real close. NO

Could possibly be a Ph problem. Have you checked that? Should be between 6.5 and 7.5

It looks like a PH problem, which is causing a lack of micro nutrients and trace mineral from being used. For soil, your PH should be above 6 and below 7, 6.5-6.8 said to be the perfect range. I always keep my ph in the 6.5 7.0 range myself.

I would check the PH of your water, it is the most common mistake people seem to make. I have yet to find water with a perfect PH balance for growing.
