Help with outdoor grow in flowering stage..

This is my first grow. I'm growing 100% indica from seed which was planted in a 5 gallon pot on may 31, 2009. There are pistols all over the plant. I wanted to know when is a plant considered to be in it's flowering stage? It seems like it has'nt been doing anything for the last week now. Sum of the lower leaves are yellowing and then turning brown. The top of the plant and bud sites are green though. Should i be giving nitrogen still? Sumone please let me know.

time to backoff the nitrogen and lean on the phosphorus a little more

So ur saying dont feed nitrogen anymore and only feed the bloom

i use 4-10-6 for flowering
