Need advice please!

Im growing 2 White Widow and 2 New Purple power. they are directly under two long floros lights and about 2 feet away there is a 500w light. the floros stay on 20 hours and off 4 while the 500w stays on all the time (need to get a timer for it.) the temp stays around 90-95 degrees and i water with a 1/4 strength solution of 24-13-14 fert every 5 days. they are 3 weeks old today. i have 9 weeks from sprout to harvest that i need them to be done in (leaving for college). should i wait tell week 4 or week 5 to switch the lights from 20/4 for floros and 24 for 500w to 12/12? should they veg longer or flower longer to get the most yield? also should i take out the floros and bring the 500w down for all four plants? i think im having some problems with bugs, so i have been spraying the plants with a diluted water and soap mix out of a spray bottle, is that ok for the plant?

90 degrees is pretty hot should be more like mid 70s to low 80s you dont wanna give your plants heat stress and yeah you should just use the 500 watt and you should start 12 on 12 like now as soon as possible so you can see the sexs of the plants and get rid of the males and also cause 9 weeks might bearly enuff time to flower the minimum for indica strain is two months and for sativia like 12 weeks or more so you should probably come up with an alternitve if there not done in time like have a place set up where you can take them to incase there not done if you start flowering now by the time you go to collage they should be atleast close to done hope this helps man

what kind of 500 watt light do you have? hps halide?

im not really sure what kind of light it is. i got it at the hardware store, it is a 500w halogen construction work light. thats all it says. what kind of bulbs do i need?

that light has little value to the plant and is causing leaf burn & edge curling

you need to spend some $$$$ cash on Metal highlide and or HPS high pressure sodium

or lots more flouros which are cheaper but dont produce as well
