Plants wont sex

Ok, im doing LST, with early flowering, but the problem is, my plants wont sex. they have been on 12/12 for 12 days, and still no change. like i said, im doing a weird version of LST, its basically that the main stem is about 1/4 inch from soil, and the branches are fanned out so they all get good light. also, what in the hell are those little green things that grow at every branch/internode? there are 2 of them on each side of stem, so 4 at every internode. ive grown outdoors before, maybe i didnt notice them then?

Also, i know for a fact that the room is completely dark during dark cycle, so, anyone got any guesses?

One more thing- since i am LST'ing like that, where will the sex show?

What 'little green things'. They could be preflowers. You should post some close up pics. If they look like little green balls then they are male.

Some strains won't show sex for a couple of weeks, especially if they were immature when you started 12/12.
