durbans poisend?

hello all hope somebody can help me i have two durbans growing in pots but the lower branches started to dry out and now it has spread nearly half of my plants have died away ,the main stem has gone from a nice green to a brown and its spreading up ,any ideas they get watered enough and have had plenty of rain over recent weeks so i dont think its lack of water

pics would help, have any of the fans leaves changed color?

will post pics tomorow ,yes the lower fan leaves changed colour then just dried up the upper ones are changing colour now

dig down and check out the roots , are they white?? or black / brown?

whats ur p.h at?
