Sick can this plant survive?

hey everyone i just started growing and bought a couple of seeds for indoor growing using CFL's. but one plant for some reason stopped growing and looked dead. so i just left it in the garden and a week. but then its started growing again and started flowering and its less then 5inches tall. by the way its Big Buddha blue cheese strain
is there anything i can do?
should i just throw it away?

you shouldnt tie it to the stick all the way, max. half way up the plant.. else it wont grow roots

When you say the garden, you took it outside? Looks like it got ate on one leaf. In addition, doing so messes with the light schedule, I'd assume this is why it started flowering.

New growers shouldn't waste $$ on genetics, bag seed works fine for your first try. That plant was starving for light, and nutrients. It's salvagable, if you get it back under adequate, regular light. I'd probably repot it , deeper so it doesn't have to be tied up so much. It will take WEEKS to become re-established.

In the meantime, i'd pop another seed.
