I been having some serious issues with my water PH level, which sits at 7.4-7.5. I started my little setup at a place that uses well water. I never thought to check it, i just assumed it was good. This was
my first question on this problem..
Anyways after months of failures and what I thought were fixes (Complete air vent system, changed to 2 gallon pots, and added a AC) I narrowed it down to the water.. I got a water PH tester and it said the water was 7.4-7.5... My soil meter was some 40$ cheap crap that probably has been reading me wrong measurements, which have always been at 6.8. Everything i have tried to grow has turned out the same, little or no trikes, small yield, and not really any high. All my plants show extreme signs of no mag intake..
So I started adding PH-low to get my water to 6.3. I ended up using about 2 full teaspoons before it got to 6.3. I went out and got a 4 stage reverse osmosis water filter in hopes that that will help regulate my PH better than this well water. ANy comments on this reverse osmosis? works well? And how important is clean water?
