Leaf Edges Blue

hey guys i would love to show you a picture but unfortunatly its not something you can see in a picture its realy sumthing you look kinda close up to.
anywayz all leaves are pure green and keep in mind its only 3 weeks old (about).
but if you look close to sum edges you see blue little crystals and or micro hairs giving the edges of the green leave a blue tint any ideas on what the plant could be? or what this is?
