Seedling is going sideways all of a sudden!!

My female blue cheese plants started out stronger than the rest of my seedlings, but now is basically falling over:

It started out straight as can be!! Should I attempt to fix this or let it go? Its about 3-4" under T5's with 16 other plants...please help this noob

I think i germinated too long....the sprout was about 2-3"

do you have a fan blowing on your young ones? sometimes i'd have em fall over on me not since i've kept a breeze on to tuff the stem you could try prop'n it up with a toothpick or small stick

Yeah, ive had a fan blowing on it....i guess ill try propping it. I dont want it to get to messed up-I was hoping for it to be a mother

Just scoop it up along with all the dirt you can get under it and rotate it.

Don't prop it up. If the leaves are green they are still receiving light. The plant will still grow, you need to strengthen the stem. Have a oscillating fan, and mist with water every day or every other. The plant wants to go to the light, let it get there on its own.

Looks like it COULD be a case of damping off, has it fell over from the bottom of the stem near the soil line? Does it look weak now appose to strong and steady? I had a similer problem in my first grow and it was due to the tap water i was using. I hate to say this but if it is damping off the plant isn't big enough to fight it and will slowly rot.

I could be 'barking up the wrong tree' here because it's hard to tell off this pic but how old are the seedlings?
Have any of your others started to flop as of yet?

dude your first mistake was letting it germinate so long. i plant them as soon as the seed sprouts.
