Please look at her

Just a few moments ago an hour befor i last looked my plants leafs started to point up heres a pick...why is this happinging? btw im a total noob grower this is my first plant and its usualy gets watered evry 2-3 days its mostly outdoors but in my window so no bugs! so basicly it gets the suns light and at night i use a 40w florecent lightbulb with my heat lamp
and is on miracle-gro plant food spike sticks heres a pick

so how do i fix that? i no the lights are a bit off center but i read that in some cases it breaks down the cell walls to be less rigid

I see aluminum foil in the background, get that stuff out of their. Get more light on the plant, 40Ws isnt even half of what a plant should get. you want about 100Ws of light. Is it a high kelvin rating or a lower kelvin rating?

it looks good man just when its not in the sun make sure you got atleast 100 watts(florecents) per plant

Kelvin is the color.
You want a high kelvin for veg generally 6500K and 2700K for flowering.
Daylight bulbs are usually 6500K. Soft White bulbs are usually 2700K.
You can also do a 2 to 1 ratio, 2 daylight 6500 and 1 soft white 2700 during veg.
The higher the Kelvin rating the closer it is to the natural light you want for veg.
The lumen output is really important too. You want between 3 and 5 thousand lumen per plant.
Your plant looks good to me from what I can see in the pic. Like Jesus Jones said, she might be stretching for the light a little bit.

thanks alot for your inputs i have only a 75w on the side besides the 40w thats already in ther but im afraid if i leave the 75w on it will over heat.. by the way these bulbs are not cfls regular bulbs u put in your ceeling

put a fan in. what kind of CLF's are they? if they are the old bulbs get some new ones. they wont produce so much heat.

Rotate it more often, you have uneven growth due to inadequate lighting.
