Sick PLEASE HELP, clone problem

you can't really see it in the pictures, but the bottom leaves have been yellowing and falling off dead. I have lost probably six of the bottom leaves. I got these clones from my friend who already rooted them with a rooting gel. He planted them in Happy Frog soil after roots showed. Nutrient dif.? They get superthrive, nitrozyme foliar spray, and a little sugerdaddy. PLEASE HELP!!! THESE BABIES NEED TO LIVE!----do they need more nitrogen?

Re: PLEASE HELP, clone problem

How long since the clones have had root/been transplanted? If that's not new growth since the cutting was originally taken, it could be that they were transplanted too early(without sufficent root to supply all that plant). If the plants weren't transplanted too early, it could just be that the plant is feeding off of it's bottom leaves to support new growth, and that would explain why the top leaves in pic 3 look much better than the bottom ones. This happens to me sometimes, but they bounce back within a few days. Giving more N might not be a bad idea, but typically I don't consider myself an 'expert' when it comes to nutrient issues. Hope this was of a bit of help

Re: PLEASE HELP, clone problem

these clones weren't cut the way they appear now... they are about a month or so old... thank you for your help... does that help at all? the taller one is still laggin' so i don't know what to do... the smaller cutting is thriving after we put it in the soil (after roots were seen through jiffy cube).

Re: PLEASE HELP, clone problem

Those are fine... Losing bottom leafsets on clones is very normal and happens to me all the time.

Plants can come back from A LOT even if you do fuck it up. Here is a clone that I brought back to life after it was overwatered and attacked by spidermites. It actually got worse than the below picture, only the very top emerging leafset was green, the rest was dried up and covered with mites.

After I fixed it, about a month later it looked like this:
