Rusted Specs...newly rooted clones

Hi guys. Have 2 white widow cuttings that have just taken root and been tranplanted. Heres whats happened up until this point:

Kept unti humidity dome for about 4-5 days, then dome was taken off for 3 more days till leaves were supported without humidity. Kept in FF light warrior with a bit of ocean forest mixed in. Getting them to take root wasn't my issue though.

10 days after they were cut, they showed enough root for a transplant, and so I went ahead and did that, after inspecting the lil girls thoroughly. Pretty green leaves standing strong so i went ahead for the transplant. I put them into 2 litre buckets with 70% Fox farm ocean forest, 20% perlite and the remainder light warrior.

After I transplanted I gave them the first light feed of anything other than a drop/gal of superthrive. This time they were given a drop/gal of superthrive and a .5 tsp/gal of fox farm grow big 6-4-4. Literally right after I was watering, and allowing the water to run off, i decided to inspect them again. THIS TIME, i saw little black-grey spots, of what resembled bud rot. Of course, for clones that have only been rooted for 2-3 days max, bud rot isn't the case. I decided not to stress and just let them rest for a day. Anyways, this morning, those black-grey spots have turned to a rusty, almost burned color. These girls are only under 240w of blue/red fluros right now, and i dont think the lights are too close. Also, it's not un-typical for me to start my cuttings this way, and this is my first experience with any "spotting". My sick-plant guides either don't show what I have, or i don't trust my own judgement. please help, pic below.

**Edit: Forgot to add that this issue is only happening to ONE of the 2 plants, and only 2 or 3 leaves on that plant. Both plants have been cut same day, from same mother, and kept under same conditions etc. Was going to veg them out for 3 weeks (2 weeks, 5 days from now), will these spots spread and cause more issue? Im not a big worrier, but i'd also hate to end up with unhealthy plants because i decided this wasn't anything to stress on.

Re: Rusted Specs...newly rooted clones

do you use a foliar application? If you are using a nutrient spray like Nitrozime,, this could be the cause. After you spray your leaves, make sure they dry out and absorb all the nutrients before putting them back under light. I know they are in veg, but an hour to dry never hurts....

Thanks for the reply.

The only foliar spraying was with distilled water while they were still rooting in the humidi-dome, and when I fed them after the transplant I was careful not to get any on the leaves. Had these spots happened maybe 2-3 hours after the feed I would suspect a sort of burn, but the odd thing about it is I noticed the spots immediatly after the feed, literally while the buckets were dripping the little bit of run-off out. Also, does it help anyone to konw they the spots initially appeared as black-grey, and turned into a rust? Thanks again guys, i'd be screwed without GC.

*EDIT: Well, I couldn't get this off my mind so I called my pops up to get his thought. During the conversation he says, "oh man, you didn't know that spray bottle had a drop/gal of superthive in it?".... Apparently while he was helping me with the cloning he thought it might be good for them to be misted with it. He said he told me but I must have just been spaced out . The only thing that still isn't making sense, is that these spots did NOT show up until they were being fed. I also hadn't done any foliar spraying for 2 days before the transplant. I must admit though, that I have given them ONE light misting since being transplanted, but since then the spots have not spread.
