Flushing before Ferts - pix

it's watering day today.
indoor. 3 Buddha - sativa, 5 Silver Star - 80% sativa. all 13 days old in 1 gal pots. one Buddha has had severe yellow'white colour since day 1, another has few orange spots. all Bu and coupla SS have leaf curl but all are growing at OK rate. diagnosis is a crapshoot at best.

so.
is it OK to do a complete soil flush and then do a normal watering with 1/4 nutes (20-20-20) + 1 drop superthrive/gal ... just to try to stablize the whole shebang?

thanks yall

when you are having a problem with nutrient levels or burning, a flush can work wonders. I have flushed plants on their "death bed" and brought them back to be pretty fuckin healthy. a transplant also will help in extreme situations, provided you can.

where's the 2nd half of your reply with a suggested nute level?
I was thinking 20-20-20 in case nute-lock was occuring. 20-20-20 would re-balance everythang. no?

so. ironlung253. a bath and then normal watering in one swell foop would not be over the top?

Re: Flushing before Ferts - pix

You want something high in nitrogen for vegging, and one high in phosphorus for flowering. The 20-20-20 should work, you just want the phosphorus and potassium, or P and K to be equal to or lower than nitrogen, or N.
