Could this be a virus or a fungus infection?

This plant was flushed a week ago with 3 times the amount of water of the volume of the pot it's in.

After it was flushed all damaged leaves were removed. More plants in that place have the same problem. So what's happening?

checkout the 'plant abuse linky'

your plants match the pictures of the 'phosphorus deficiency while flowering.', what type of fertiliser are you using, and whats the NPK ratio? (nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K))

Re: Could this be a virus or a fungus infection?

Well I'm not sure 'cause I these plants come from another place where I have these plants:

ImageShack Gallery

and they are in the same soil and I've tried everything I've thought of fertilizerwise in this other place where I have the problems.
And that place is actually a much better place space and temperaturewise.

It's getting frustrating to find out what the problem is there because this was supposed to be my new growroom and it looks awesome but just kills plants That really sucks
