is my plant going to die

my plants are 7 weeks old they were growing next to eachother so the other day i separated them and now my bigger ones leaves are really droopy. is there a problem with it? this is my first grow

pics are necessary. and also when you seperated, did you have to rip the root balls apart? and did you plant them in new soil when you seperated?
