Over fed, deficiencies, 2 and a half weeks to harvest

Hi, I managed to get my nute strength way over strength 2-3 weeks ago and despite flushing well on 2 different occasions my plants are really suffering and will not take nutrients up and they`re showing signs of what I think is Magnesium deficiency.

I`d normally be giving them a week of PK13/14 now and they`d be packing on weight, but they`re looking very lean and lots of the bigger leaves have yellowed between the viens.

Question is, will Epsom salts help at this late stage and if so when can I expect them to show signs of improvement and start to absorb some nutrients. Also will it be past the point of beneficially using Pk13/14.

Damn, been doing this a long time and I feel like a freakin newbie.
