Dried, Shrivled Leaves?

White Widow in soil with no nutes yet (still waiting for them to come in). The leaf if sorta dried up and frail, there only seems to be ONE leaf doing this. here are a few pics.

Any help questions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks guys

Also we have them under 150w HPS about 10-12 inches above them. Should that be raised up more?

i have not checked, we didnt have anything to check with last night.
i just seems to be this one plant

also, how far above the plants should our 150 watt HPS be from the plants?

Check your pH. Is your new growth yellowing? If your pH is out of whack, flush with ph balanced water and correct before nutrient lockout occurs.
