Is this over ferting?

Hey guys, I have my first out door grow going on and i've noticed mainly on my smaller plant but now some on my larger plant some brown-ish mid leaf discoloration.

Sorry the pics aren't amazing, but they should give an idea.

I don't really have major pest problems of any kind, I use natural bug repellent and I co-planted garlic.

Anyone? It looks quite a bit worse in real life, my camera doesn't take good macro pictures whatsoever :/

That's bug damage. Doesn't appear to be too severe, but you might want to look close and see if they are on the plant and just hiding during the day. A pyrithrin-based spray might be a good idea to spray on the plant, on the ground, and around the area. I've had the same bugs, they are little tiny yellow worm type things that scoot around really slow. They can also tell if you are looking at them somehow because they hide when you come close.

They should be fine though, I've seen MUCH worse!
