Help needed and some advice plse

basicly on my root riot cubes i jus noticed some white insects crawling around on the tops and going into the cubes dnt kno what they are hav neva seen them b4, hav a slight suspition that they may b white flys very small but they ant flying around. why im saying that is coz a few weeks bk i did notice one or two white flys flying around that i tryed to kill but i dnt think i eva caught them, am abit worried at the mo cz i dnt wana lose my crop could anyone help me on this plse .

Check up on springtails, they like them cubes..
