Help [INDOOR] Bugs?

So, I have this nice little plant. Currently it's 3rd week since sprout. Before I got the plant, it was kept outside for less than 4 hours and was bum rushed by bugs apparently. I first noticed some leaf damage from the bugs, but then a few days ago I noticed some thing I have never seen before..hopping around on the plant. They were just bigger than a grain of rice, basically white/clear/see-throughish and for some reason reminded me of fleas.

I've never seen any bugs similar, and help or tips to prevent them or any info on the subject will be appreciated.

Sounds like more springtails..

I looked them up, and no pictures I could find looked similar to what I saw. :/

saw these too. using fox farms ocean forest, only saw one. im looking to kill/get rid of all, without stressing the girls

how do i go about doing this
