problem with sprouts help appreciated

i have a few sprouts growing in a waterfarm system. they are under 2 40wt cfls(8in away) and a 150w hps (20in away). as of now they are being fed just ph'd water (5.8-6.0) and the room temp is roughly 80 degrees. they are exactly three days from seed and now seem to be getting little white spots which almost looks like salt water was dripped on them?? has anyone encounterd this before or have any suggestions. any and all comments/tips greatly apprecitaed. thanks in advance,

also to add first set of real leaves came in and look very very droopy? all else seems good they r very healthy green color and actually now that i mention it those spots seem to b gone. maybe im just over thinking it? well comments or suggestions still appreciated im new at all this and just kind of winging it so feedback is greatly appreciated thanks.

pics would definately help a lot in this situation, the spots can be caused by several different things. Secondly, the CFL's should be more like 2" away from the plants, 3 is ok. The droopyness could be due to overwatering.
