Possible Fert Burn

Hi all, I think I know the answer but I would like to ask to be sure, I believe I have a bit of fert burn on a young plant, The story is that I used approx 1/4 capful of superthrive in 1 gal of water and fed it to my plants. when I first planted them I was using this mixture and thought it may be stunting growth so I went to straight water for a while, this was all good, I thought I could start again since they had all started doing well, maybe it is still too early or I am using too much? what do you think? sorry for the lousy quality its off my phone.

Also on the right yes that is a flowering low rider that started wayyyy to early. just weird I figured I would keep it around for an early present earlier than the rest of the crop.
