should i be worried?

What type of medium; soil or hydro? soil
What brand and type of soil?walmart soil
Indoors or outdoors?indoor
What strain?bagseed
How old are the plants?3 to 5 weeks
What type of lights and how many watts?120watt equivalent cfls...2 on plant
How far from the lights?2 to 3 inches away
What is your watering frequency and source of water?tap....ph is like 6.2 once a week or when soil is dry
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? ill feed it miracle grow plant food...just the regular stuff once every other water
What is the medium/runoff pH and PPM if in hydro?
What are the temps and humidity in the room?temp is around 75
What size pots?very larg
Any bugs? Look real close.a few flies...but they are dead now and there was some gnats but they are dead also
Any other pertinent info? the plant has a little yellowing on the leaves....still pretty green but im just getting a little worried one of the bottom leaves wilted up and died...its about to fall off the plant its a yellow and white and brown... im just pretty worried about my baby....please help me..sorry about my other post i didn't see this til now..maybe thats why i didn't get a reply..thanks for your time..

no sir i sure don't...now the leaves are curling at the tips downward and they look burnt....i dunno what to do!!!

try a flush, sounds like nitrogen toxicity.
