Some true inbred lines can show signs of preflower for several weeks. Indicas are more common to show a short poreflower stage then fill out quickly, however oyu are dealing with a Haze, and not a true line Haze at that. Haze can have preflowering last for up to 4 weeks before they hit the flowering stage. True Haze lines, which this is not, can take over 14 weeks to mature, some even say 16, and at leaast 3-5 of those weeks it seems to be stuck in preflower.

You really should not ask questions, then come back speaking 'PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE" b/c it is quirte obvious you have none.
