Brown Spots

Any idea why there are brown spots on my leaves???

What type how much fertilizer yiou give it and when, how often?

I havn't given any ferts to the plants yet other than what is in the soil already

10-2-1 NPK Bat guano
miracle grow organic choice potting mix
black peat
lime
perlite

Wow that soil is full of nutes. They look fine to me though.
