Question Brown spots and small holes PICS

I cant sem to post pics so here is a link to another forum I use it has pics.
Small brown spots and little holes PICS - Marijuana Growing
Ok I have a few plants that I noticed have some minor health issues. My plants are about 5 weeks old and few younger. There are a total of 13 and the mix is Herijuana and Basic Beer a outdoor mix. These were stared from seed. I had a lack of nute problem and this was fixed. The plants range in size biggest about 2 1/2".
I am using rock wool cubes in tupper ware with the roots in the bottom of the tupper ware lined with perlite. I will be putting the drip system back up and running once I get all my minor isues dealt with. I want to be up front with there recovery.
I am using TechnaFlora hydro nutes. I was using a 1/4-1/2 mix because of my last problem of yellowing leafs starting from tips. But all was fixed amazingly fast once nutes started.
I DO NOT HAVE A PH PEN YET. I know I need this I know. Buuuut I dont have the ends rigt now. I working on it But I have some quality fish tank strips and the PH for my TAP with nutes is 6.4 and mixed with a 1 gallon jug of drinking water is 6.8. I started with tap but didnt know PH and guessed it would be high alk levels so when I had my deficiency I used jug water and have since. I am going back to 3 plants with tap to test out the reaction I get. I think I will be ok. Nutes are in the room and the room is about 78 degrees. I have been spraying my leafs with a 1/4 nute mix and every other day I mist with fresh water.
I am using a T5 2' 4 lamp for most of the BB and a homemade CFL hood with 6 24 w lights and adding another 6 shortly. The CFL is on the HJ. The ligts may of been to close I have moved the T5 up a lil. There 1 to 2 inchs away now.
Size of closet is guessing 4' by 3'. 6 plus tall.
The temp jumps from 77 to 82 F. Humidity is between 46 and 51%
No insect activity in room or house that I have noticed.
Minimal grow experience. Outdoor but minimal hands on.
Hope this will get me my help thanks lady's and germs.

My problem as stated in my postings, is the system is not agreeing with my pics for some odd reason sooo I put the link to my other threads(yes I get my love from like 5 threads makes for quick responses).
