Anyone ever seen this?

has anyone ever seen this? It's a type of disease no one seems to have ever encountered.

HIGH All, nothing to worry about herbtree....no Pests or Disease. It looks like it got ripped at one point.

I had a leaf grow in once that had gaping holes on every blade. I immediately thought a pest got to the leaf and destroyed part of it, but soon learned it was a genetic deformity.
