drooping leaves!!

hey GC i have an issue i need to resolve. i have 11 cuttings that have been rooting for two weeks. yesterday i switched over to my 1000w hps and now they the leaves are drooping down (it looks like they went all emo on me). i run an ebb and flow system watering three times a day. i grow in 4" rockwoll and hydroton in 6" net pots. when i put the lights in i put them a good 3.5 feet above the plants, so i dont know whats causing them to droop.

idk a pic would help but it sounds like overwatering

over watering or overheating. What you got cooling the space and light? What are the temps with lights on? And I'd cut watering to 2 times a day. Esp since they are in rockwool as well as the hydroton. Rockwool holds moisture much longer and the roots sometimes do not get to dry out some between waterings.
