another noob with questions

How old are the plants? About 3 weeks
What type of lights and how many watts? Hydrofarm FLT58 8 lamp 6500K T5 Fluorescent Grow Light (about 256w)
How far from the lights? (12")
What is your watering frequency and source of water? 15 min every 4 hrs. Tap water.
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? 12% solution of General Hydroponics gro and micro
What is the medium/runoff pH and PPM if in hydro? 5.8
What are the temps and humidity in the room? 82 around 40%
What size pots? 6 inch
Any bugs? Look real close. No
Any other pertinent info?
Ph of water is 7.26. The ph is adjusted to 5.8 but the runoff it usually around 6.4. So my ph has to be adjusted freq.
Basically have typical problem. Leave tips turn yellow then turn brown. I flushed the plants. I started off with 10 but am now down to four so I’m a little paranoid lol. Don’t want to lose anymore of my babies. The other 6 died due to my friend not being able to follow directions, consistantly fluctuating ph and from an algae infestation of nute reservoir. The four i have left survived the above issues but are starting to show some damage. pics will follow. thanks in advance for any advice

Looks like PH flux. Pic 1 looks like nut burn. Pic 2 looks like nut deficiency. Usually that = fluctuating PH levels I believe. pic 3 = no clue.

Also how well have you checked out your water for ickies?

thanks for the reply. i usually check 2 to 3 times per day. havent had anything in the water since th incident with the algae.
