Germing roots get mold

So i am using a ceramic plate with towels moistened in the ziploc baggie method not even 2 days after germing them the roots get mold am i doing something wrong?

add a drop of proxide in the water, helps with fungus

Some people shit bricks when I advise this but a drop of bleach in the spray bottle you use to keep them moist will inhibit any mold. I have never hurt a seed doing this either.
