what's wrong with my babies??

hi everyone!

This is my first growing, everything fine so far (3 weeks old clones), but couple of days ago i noticed some strage spots on my top leaves... if i take picture, you can't see it from there, but if you look closer, the leaves have spots on them, similar to when you get "chicken skin"... color is normal, growing nice....should I be worried or not? growing in soil, constant ventilation, 3 fluorescent lights so far, next week HPS 600W in cooltube... light cycle is 24/7... the fan is blowing fresh air from my room straight to plants so they have some mild stress training...

all conditions are ok, 7.5 PH, 60% humidity, 1m x 1m x 2m grow space, currenty 3 x 150cm fluorescent lights, cool white, 24/7 cycle, fan turned on 24/7 blowing directly at plants, not over/under watered, no pest, feeding with BIO-GROW with every watering like it says on the bottle.

the plant actually looks very healthy, I'm just worried about the leaf surface as it has some spots on the sides, looking like your skin when you're cold... color is normal, even the spots...

Your PH should be 6.8 when u test run off
