Clear White Eggs In Soil and on Plant

So as the headline stated, I went to go check on the plant one day and I found these.

On another note, a few hours later after I removed of those eggs I went back to the plant. It was still very green just very droopy. The soil is still very moist from it's watering. Do you think it is over watered?

If your worried....Let the plant dry a bit...drench it in pyrethrin, neem, and some soap 3 times in 3 weeks. Also, you might be well advised to give a bit more fert..Notably P

I have no clue about the eggs...WTF??? I don't really thing those are P def, either. (At least this early in life)... No I wouldnt say they were over watered either... over watering makes em droopy. I wouldn't think that at that age they could be deficient on anything... What are they...5weeks?

What soil are you in?

is the soil moisture control? if maybe thouse could be the water crystals. all formed into one area. Idk. just blazed i am.

are you sure you're dealing with pest eggs? usually they lay in the medium or on the plant, not both. i'd have a close look around the grow area for creepers.
