what strain is it? if it is an indica dominant strain that, at 6 wks, is getting towards the end of flowering, then what you are seeing is pretty normal for cannabis plants. no need to worry about it. however, if this isn't settling enough for you, another source of your problems may be from pH. you say you have no way of testing pH? i know that FoxFarm's Tiger Bloom is very acidic (pH 5 or so). if you haven't ever adjusted any pH solutions or soil pH, then i suspect your soil pH is running pretty low right now. consider flushing with some pH up solutions to get it back within range, although since you seem to be nearing the end of flowering this might not be necessary.
