My 4 day old plants are growing to tall is this because of the opal bulbs i am using and what is the Daylight flouresent bulbs look like are they see throw as i dont want to ask in shop

I'd suggest using CFL lights, getting at least 100 watts worth, and placing them a few inches above the seedlings.
