Slug trouble

I don't know what to do! It keeps raining where I am and I have my outdoor plants covered up. However slugs keep finding their way into my stash, and eating my water leafs. What can I do to stop them????

a thin layer of lime around your plant will keep the slugs/snails away while not harming your plant. you can also use a barrier of salty beach sand (2-6 inches wide) around your plants.

my dad allways put beer in a small cup and digs a hole then put the cup of beer in it keeps them away

I just put slug killer about 10ft away from my plants and it directs the slugs towards the killer instead of my crop. Works great even in the rain.

get some slug bait and place it all around the plants.
