I have experienced doubling when my plants flower in the past but I primarily grow outside. Did you change the distance from the plant to that of your light source? I know seedlings can get "stretchy" when the light is too far from them and the same would also be true for more mature plants. What was the Ph BEFORE you flushed? It coul dbe that the plant is just re-adjusting. Maybe add Super Thrive to get'em more dense or molasses to bulk them up. A more simple explanantion is that your plants are not done budding out yet. In addition, too much nitrogen can cause that and I know that from my own experience. I also have seen where plants reach their final growing point and perhaps, it is just a determined little plant trying to give itself one last boost. All in all, I would say that it'll be OK and your smoke will be superior as it looks like you have done a great job.
