drooping/very limp, hydro, 2 1/2 weeks into flowering, HELP please!

I have an unknown bagseed(out of some funk) that has been growing for about 2 months in a hydrofarm. ph is always 5.5-6.0 and its on 600ppm using foxfarm flowering ferts. also has a drip system running 24/7.

I checked it today and it has spots some leaves like the size of a period but all over and kind of yellow (have pics tomorrow). It also is drooping and not holding itself up acting very limp(3 feet tall). All of the branches are just leaning over like its about to die but everything is still green. I flushed the hydroton and the hydrofarm and reph'd a nutrient soulution and its still really droopy. What would make it so limp?

Plus there was another plant in the same hydrofarm for the first month but was killed due to it being a male, could the remaining roots from the dead plant be messing the whole thing up?

Did you clean out the hydrofarm after killing the male? or just leave the roots and plant your new seedling over it?

600 PPM is pretty low, you might want to try feeding more. With the spots on the leaves, along with your ppm, seems like you may not be feeding enough.


Also, how hot is it in there? And do i see a bent branch?

its not bent but just falling over like it doesnt want to hold itself up. there were 2 plants at the same time in there and one was killed and the other kept alive, which is the one im having a problem with. so im thinking the leftover dead roots are messing everything up. this is not something i would personally do, its a buddy of mines that im taking care of.

I had her on 800ppm but i lowered it a little thinking i was maybe overfeeding to see if she would come back. any ideas? the temps get a little high sometimes, maybe at most 80ish but thats for short periods of time (til it gets dark outside and cools the house down lol)

for example 1 days ago all those rbanches were straight up and it was over 3ft tall. i have no idea whats going on... up the ppm?

Ok here is what it looks like to me.

- The spots on the leaves look like spider mite spots. Check the undersides of the leaves. If you see little white specs moving around or all bunched up together, you've got em. If it's not spider mites it could be some kind of nutrient is getting locked out and you need to figure out which one (Jorge Cervantes Grow Bible has great pics to diagnose problems like this).

- The droop on the plant looks like you could be watering it too often. Are you also watering/having the pump on at night? That would also help in making your plant sag. If you have your flood on more than 4x per day you need to bring it back down. If you're flooding at night you need to stop.

its a hydrofarm with a drip system. a netpot with a constant slow drip over the hydroton which flows down the roots back into the bottom of the bucket where there are 2 air stones. sorry if i didnt state that earlier. im going to check for spider mites but I'm pretty sure its quite clean in there and i havent had bug problems before. i've had the pump going forever since it was a baby but 2 and a half weeks into flower it just drops and sags almost touching the ground? i have no idea whats going on nor have i seen this before

sounds like overwatering to me. mine are doing the same thing right now. its been about 5 days but im starting to see results with cutting down on the flood cycles.

I don't know that much about growing, so take my advice lightly. If there's no pest problem and everything seems ok in terms of the physical setup (enough lights and good ventilation) I would say it's probably a nutrient deficiency. 600 ppm is pretty low for a plant in flowering from what I've seen around here. I think people usually have their solutions in the 1000's by the time they're flowering. Again, I'm still in veg with my first plant in a hydrofarm, but it seems like I've seen most people with way more ppm than 600 at that point in a grow. Good luck with it man. Hope you can fix the problem. Just try to look around as best you can on the forums, maybe you can get some expert help.

this plant doesnt like much nutes... she was on about 850-900 a week ago but i brought it down to see if anything would change. im going to mix up another 850ppm solution and put her in there..

nobody has seen this spotting before?? its also like 3 weeks into flower and i just see some hairs no prebuds whats up with this
