Diseased Plant?

Hey I am not sure what is happening but the tips of the leaves are starting to turn grey/ brown and are cracking.

I am using Fox farm fert.
Miracle grow all purpose plant grow (it is all i had)
Strain: Big bud X Skunk
Lights: 2 (2x4) flourescents for veg. (alternating warm and cool)
Attic grow= wide varying temp.
Started from a clone.

I just transplanted them today and cut off the leaves that were showing a lot of rustyness.
Help!

Re: Diseased Plant?

Between the time release fertilizer in the MG soil and the FF nutes, you have nute burn. Try giving them a good flsh, and let them dry out for a couple of days. When you start adding nutes again, start at 1/3 or 1/4 strength.

Re: Diseased Plant?

Alright, i think nute burn is better than a disease, am i correct? i did notice the soil becoming not as absorbent, should i do the detergent trick? Should i have not cut off some of the leaves then? Thanks for the expertise!
