sick seedling help please

I have about 40 seedings but today 3 or 4 of them drooped bad. the are just putting out there second set of leaves. the are not super wet but moist not dry. could it be ph? any idea what it would be and how I can fix it. thanks i'll try and post a picture

Drooping can be caused by over/underwatering and by heat. How close are the lights? They might be getting too hot, which will cause the water inside the plant to evaporate and the plant droops.

the lights are about 2 inches above the plant and the ph is 6 the soil is promix.

What kind of light? Over 40 seedlings the light is 2" above? I can't think of what that might be... I think I'm just a little messed up right now

How thick are the stems? Do you have any fans going? How do those compare to the ones that aren't drooping? Are they bigger seedlings than the rest?

Hi, I have a four teir plant stands with 4, four foot floresent tubes 2 grox lux 2 grow lux ws on each level. these 3 seedlings are right with the rest. getting the same air ect. There are no fans but there is good air circulation. Its not a closed closet but a big room . I am having trouble downloading the picture of the sick plant but have attached a picture of the seedlings, from a few days before showing the setup as its not typical. maybe it will help

looks like it needs a drink , or maybe the root is stuck in a dry spot , too tightly packed or just dry. rest look perky and very good , a slight breeze at this point would strengthen them up.
