are these spider mites?? cant tell (PICS)

i have little tiny holes and yellow spots on my leaves. taking a closer look i found a bunch of tiny little whitish things under the fan leaves. there is also some kinda winged bug next to em in 1 of these shots. i looked at all the sticky's on here and a couple other sites but i cant tell these things from adam....any help please???

Probably spider mites, they start on the bottom of the plant and work up. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and get a HOT SHOT NO PEST STRIP for six bucks, and hang it in your grow space. They emit a vapor that kills all bugs dead in about two days and work for up to four months. There are a lot of sprays and soaps and oils for treating mites, but the Strips are the best thing I've found. I haven't had bugs since last June, I'm on my third strip. Use the search button and query the strips, there are alot of happy strip users here. Good luck,Bro.

thnx for the quick response.... my box has a large amount of air turnover (big exhaust fan) will this affect how well these strips will work?
