Sick Thrips help

Hi,
My indoor grow room has two 4 foot tanks running side by side there is 4 plants in each, I'm using the NFT system which has 2 600 watt lights above and they are in the last stages of flowering (I have just over a week before chop day)
My problem is I have thrips .......... I only spotted them yesterday and I'm not really sure were I go from here. Do I need to get rid of them before cutting them? if so how?
or as there is only a week left should I see it through to the end and once my plants are all dried and out of the room deal with the cleaning so not to infest my next grow?

I think I have had them about 2 weeks, the only reason I know this is because for some time now, me mate has been keeping mothers in a room which is only 1 meter away form my grow room, when he first brought them in we found they had thrips, so he dealt with it (or so I thought) by changing them from soil to nft and spaying the leaves, which seem to do the job (this was about 6 months ago) about 2 weeks ago he decided to get rid of his mothers, doing so sitting outside my grow room for about an hour ....so I'm presuming this is were they came from. anyway thanks for reading and I really hope you guys can help.

Neem oil works well and can be purchased at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, Nurseries etc.

How close to cutting??
Maybe you should cut early?
Have you flushed them?
If you are checking with a microscope you might know if you can just cut them now.

They don't necessarily die when its cut. That’s why a disinfecting of the grow room, and medium need to be done. Get rid of soils too. Any idea where you got them from? Yeah they will be ok to smoke. Shit I had a batch a while back where I am sure I smoked up a few fungus gnats.
