leaves turned white then brown and burned (pics)

now it looks like the new leaves that are growing is gonna turn out the same! and i cut the burned leaves off was that a good thing to do??






those where the first sets my baby grown its now working on developing its 3rd and the little second set ;looks like they gonna turned out like the pic above.....




can u please help soooo all the next sets dont burn off weither the plant is really growning pretty quick.... i got organic soil.... 600 watt hps its blut 6 inches away and i sprinkle nutes around the top of the pot bout twice on it but i have been flushing alot so plz plz plz save me thabks bro's
