| My femenized dutch passion seeds stopped growing!
Hi i'm growing 7 femenized dutch passion and they seemed to have stopped growing for some reason. they're only about 2 inches tall and they've been in vegetative state for almost a month. they're not dead, their leaves are nice and green, but it doesn't seem like they're growing for some reason, does anyone know what's going on?
