over watering or over fertilizing???

i think its over fertilization- lots of brown-edged crispy curled under leaves. but i'm also thinking it could be over watering. if its over fertilizing i want to flush them . . . but if its over watering, then flushing would make them worse. if it is over fertilization and i dont flush them then i'm just letting them die. how do i know which it is- over fertilizing or over watering?

Well it could be both but water will not burn your plants. Plants don't need feed with every watering, also they only need water every 2 days or more in most cases.
