light burn top cola

Hello GC, my first ever mary plant has now been flowering for around 15 days, it shot up so much in two days that the top cola got around 3-4 inches away from my 400w HPS and the top bud coming in is now slightly signed from light burn. From what I understand this is the main cola so now I am fearing I may have caused some permanent damage.

The buds are really just beginning to develop throughout the plant but like I said there is definitely some crispiness / slight browness to some of the hairs coming in on the top of the plant. Is this irreversible? Any treatment? Or am I just freaking out a little early?

they wont fix themselves, but if they only singed a few hairs you will be ok.

yeah I didn't necessarily torch it because it really only went one day unnoticed and like I said I am very early into the flowering stage, I guess the best I can hope for is to make sure it doesn't happen again....
