Please help

I have an ebb flow hydro set-up and I'm using GH. I have always had good results in the past. I am running my pumps for twenty minutes every three hours for eighteen hours per day. I have noticed that some healthy fan leaves are beginning to curl under, this is not present on all plants. I haven't seen any unnatural yellowing just the curling of the leaves, i suspect the curled leaves will soon turn yellow. I know that I am not under watering, I have no insects or fungus, and my feedings have been relatively light( 25% of what the GH chart says). I have narrowed this down to over watering or too much nutrient, possibly too much nitrogen. I have experienced nutrient burn in the past and it always began with yellowing at the tip, I have never seen curling from nutrient burn but it is possible. Please help me with determining what this problem is. If anything sounds familiar to you let me know what you think.

I'm no expert but I've always heard the you only run the water like 3-4 times per day. And why only 18 hours a day?

It sounds like you could have a Ph problem. What is your Ph level? There's slight possibilty of a nute burn, if that's the case you will be able to see shortly. And I would back off on the frequency of waterings. As was suggested, 3-5 times per day should be enough.

Ph level is at 6.0. You think I should go 3-4 feedings per 18 hour light cyle in grow? One about every four and a half hours?
