Vigorous disease FUCKING UP my Hashplant...

Ok, Ive done all suggestions I have recieved but this disease or infection or whatever is spreading... FAST.

It was previously only on one fan leaf. Im thinking maybe its overwatering? I already ferted it two days ago.

Can anyone identify what the problem is or what is causing it? Will it spread to other plants?

You need to give people information or it will be harder to diagnose your plant.

Grass City is a great website for finding information on growing, and with a simple search, you can read until your eyes hurt. However, when you are ready to post a comment, or ask a question, here are some subjects to think about first;

1. Information
If you are posting about a problem with your grow setup, or have questions and are looking for help, make sure you post as much information as possible, so that you will get an informative response. Subjects like:
  • Hydro or Soil (Describe what type of products your using)
  • Type of light? (Wattage, Color Temp, Distance, Light Timings)
  • "Atmosphere" Conditions (Air Temperature, Humidty, Fan Description, Air Type)
  • Waterings (Type Of Water, How Often You Are Watering, Size of Container)
  • PH Range (Of the Water Your Giving, and Runoff Out of Container)
  • Nutrients/Supplements (Brand, Ingredients, NPK Rating, Dosage, How Often)
  • Pictures if possible! (Posting pictures can describe the problem for you)
  • Design and Dates (Size of your setup, and how long you have had it, age of the P's)
  • Other Any other information you can think of not included by these subjects.

Fertilizer is not a solution when a plant has some sketchy shit going on with the leaves. Your plant could grow using only the nutrients in the soil, when you fertilize you risk over-fertilizing.

Re: Vigorous disease FUCKING UP my Hashplant...

Hey bro - to be honest with ya, you already said what it was... over watering. I suspect that the times people mention that as a possible cause in their own posts, and the times they are actually right to be close at 95%....

The problem here is you're drowning her, thus her roots are unable to 'eat'. Without this uptake she begins feeding on herself to simply stay alive, let alone continue growing.

Couple the above with the possibility that she is getting root rot and you've got a dead lady on your hands.

My recommendation: STOP WATERING NOW. Wait... do NOT water... just chill, smoke up, play guitar hero...anything to get your mind off watering her. Just wait.

You SHOULD see the following (times are totally approx.)

Day 1-10 : She will continue to look like shit.
Day 11-14 : Her leaves will perk up... probably for a very short time, maybe a day or two, but they will perk up and start to look semi-normal.

Important part here is: Continue to wait! Do NOT water her now that she looks all perky and giggly. Just wait and check on her every single day, twice a day if you can.

You are waiting for the wilt. When her lower leaves start to give and it follows up her stem like a depression...causing her leaves to droop. This may be at day 16, 13, 20, who knows...but it will happen. NOW water her and watch her grow!

Make note of how long you take between waterings - should be seeing maybe a 10-16 day range between em depending on plant size.

*EDIT: I also must stress, based on your pics and the time given she has been suffering, it may very well be too late for her. But I would NOT (personally) waste all my efforts by throwing her out before she flops over dead. If you've already done my suggestion, I apologize for restating what ya already knew. It's the first thing that came to mind based on my own experience with 'alien lookin' plants.

Along with not watering the plants you will have better luck if you flush the plants with some sort of leaching agent prior to giving it nutrients again. It will be a long time before those plants will need any nutes. When feeding these plants always remember that less is better. Hope those bitches live...
