Yellow Spots, Small Holes, Would like help to determine diagnoses!

Hey everyone,

WHen this grw was started hyrdogen peroxide (2% Gallon) and water was used to mist, I believe this caused the burning of her leaves. There are/were 2 CFLs over her, 1x42w 2700k and 1x30w 6500k about an inch or 2 away at the time. Very little airflow because of a small fan.

Those variables have been fixed, bigger fan, no misting, took the lights to about 3 or 4 inches. Would love opinions on what this girls problem might be! It never hurts to have a 2nd or 3rd opinion. thanks ahead

it looks like the new growth is fine. if that's the case, don't sweat it. remember, airflow is very important.
