What can cause leaves to curl besides overwaterring?

I'm not asking what can cause leaves to droop, i'm asking what can cause the stems of the leaves to curl like rainbows.

Plant is 3 weeks in, leaves have been curling since birth. Overwattering is not the issue. Water PH is 6.5, no nutes. I don't have the ability to test PH of runoff. Miracle gro organic soil, no drainage added, but the soil is pretty chunky, and woochippy, and drains rather well. I"M NOT OVERWATERING. The top leaves also have a taco curl along with the rainbow curl.
Heat is at 80 degrees, moisture is unmeasurable, but I have 2 open bowls of water in there, and i occasionally mist warm water into my fan.

About a week ago, the single blade leaves, and the first set of 3 finger leaves started to get yellow blotches, which progressed to crisping, and browning of the leaf, this yellowing and crisping progressed much quicker on the middle finger of the leaves, the two side fingers, are still sort of green, but the middle fingers are almost completely yellow/brown dried out. (is that nute burn, sorry I don't have pictures....)

I have plenty of light, and the plant shows no stretching or anything, they get plenty of fresh air too.

Re: What can cause leaves to curl besides overwaterring?

My plant began to do that weird curling also at 3 weeks. The leaves were folding down the middle, they also started to turn yellow around the edges and between veins. But i tested my ph and it was too acidic so im trying to correct it. But thats not your problem. Someone told me it could be because im using hard water, because i have a well at my house and it could be too rich in calcium. I was told to switch to distilled water to see if it corrected but i have yet to do so.

Dude i had the same problem, you have a major nute. burn which is causing your other macro and micro nutes to be locked and a possible salt build up. First thing, i learned that even the Organic MG soil has time release nutes./fertz, which will burn your plant hardcore. I went straight to me organic store and transplanted in to Fox Farm Ocean Forest and Superthrive. When you transplant, i suggest to get some extra perilite for good drainage so the roots have room and can breath. When you do your first watering after the transplant water it pretty well with Distilled or RO water and barley drop of Superthrive .Adjust your to 6.0-6.5. Let your soil dry out pretty good and water with nothing but Ph. Adj. water and then start with your 1/4 strenth of Fox Farm Grow Big. Should recover great thats what i did when this happen to me and now shes a beauty!!!. Private message me ASAP man let me know how your doin.
